What I like best about Wok Cuisine is that the food is not only delicious, but it is prepared new daily for the buffet. It does not sit for hours on the buffet table. The food is authentic and tasty. The owners are very pleasant people. It is located inside a small strip mall on Lexington and 96. Please try it.

There are not many restaurants in the suburbs to chose from with quality Asian food. This is not one of those restaurants.
We ordered by phone and picked up our food on a rainy Sunday afternoon. The cream cheese wantons had no filling to speak of and were hard and chewy and their Sesame chicken lacked flavor. However we did enjoy the Beef with Garlic and Black Bean Sauce and the pork fried rice was good as well.
I would not go out of my way to eat here, but when in Shoreview, and hungry, I might be willing to give it another try. If that time comes, I will be sure to ask them to dial up the heat a bit. -

Quite possibly the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten. The fried rice was white rice with soy sauce, the sesame chicken tasted like a frozen meal where you thaw the sauce packet in water. Mandarin beef was just "okay". Will not go back.

After finding some serious duds in the area after moving to Shoreview I stumbled upon Wok Cuisine. While not every dish we've ordered has been what we wanted, I will tell you their lo mien is excellent. You have no idea how hard it is to find a place that uses actual lo mien noodles and not spaghetti! My favorites here are lo mien, pan fried dumplings, wonton soup and veggie egg foo young. YUM!

Put this one on the frequent list! Everything we ordered was excellent!
Food ordered:
Pork egg foo young. Huge chunks of the Bbq pork. The consistency of the patty reminded me of stuffing and egg. It was really good with a subtle gravy.
Bbq pot soup. My little one loves noodles and loved the noodles and broth. I should have just ordered noodles and broth. He didn't like the pork or fresh bok choy, but I loved it.
House fried rice and pork fried rice were
great. Fluffy and not greasy.
Egg rolls, meh. Would pass on those next time, but everything else, sign me up.
Very friendly giuy taking out order. Will for sure be back to try out much more.
